Rodrigo Liberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Maidana in the 18th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes, Tambillos's Adolfo Vidal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodrigo Liberto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tambillos reached it. Elvio Ponc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Alonso in the 24th minute. Elpidio Alonso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Elvio Ponc skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tambillos's Elvio Ponc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Fagildo in the 26th minute of play. Elvio Ponc was a little too slow when Anastasio Fagildo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, Serodino's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Marino came free, but Rodrigo Liberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Tambillos's Vinicio Marino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodrigo Liberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jose Rodas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Liberto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Maidana, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinicio Marino during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Tambillos getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Vinicio Marino hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Serodino's Anastasio Fagildo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Elvio Ponc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victoriano Maidana to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Ceferino Gitano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Serodino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tambillos the free kick. A collision led to Serodino getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ceferino Gitano hit a great ball. With a little luck, Serodino's Rodrigo Liberto got control of the ball when Victoriano Maidana tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomás Jerrold charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Jerrold the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Anastasio Fagildo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elvio Ponc was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Elvio Ponc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Fagildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Victoriano Maidana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Victoriano Maidana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Maidana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Liberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Victoriano Maidana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vinicio Marino might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Liberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinicio Marino ran back to his position shaking his head. Serodino's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
