Ulises Urdaspal hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Agustin Elazar shot from long distance in the 9th minute, but Saverio Procopio was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Jaime Ekhi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Procopio having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Freddy Orlanda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hipolito Edwardo. Aguilar AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Freddy Orlanda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a little luck, Surihuaya AFC's Saverio Procopio got control of the ball when Jaime Ekhi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Luisito Bitxintxo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Saverio Procopio. Luisito Bitxintxo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Hipolito Edwardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Orlanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Surihuaya AFC's Apolo Gonzo got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximo Jakes hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Apolo Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surihuaya AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Gonzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aguilar AFC's goalkeeper Hipolito Edwardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luisito Bitxintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Procopio having to interfere. Jaime Ekhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisito Bitxintxo struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Saverio Procopio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguilar AFC. In the 47th match minute, Surihuaya AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Monico to maneuver through the defense. Aguilar AFC's Agustin Elazar couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Surihuaya AFC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Apolo Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hipolito Edwardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Apolo Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surihuaya AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Gonzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th match minute, Aguilar AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Balesio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Aguilar AFC's zone, Gregorio Felo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Edwardo came out of the goal and Gregorio Felo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Apolo Gonzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Orlanda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Hipolito Edwardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Procopio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Ekhi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jaime Ekhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Gregorio Felo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Edwardo made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Apolo Gonzo sent off a good shot on target. Hipolito Edwardo was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Apolo Gonzo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Apolo Gonzo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. A collision led to Surihuaya AFC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Ulises Urdaspal hit a great ball. Apolo Gonzo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 92nd playminute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Surihuaya AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
