Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Omar Rosio got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Tabor. In the 5th minute of the match Ariel Etxahun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernardino Cisco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bernardino Cisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Eguntsenti, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Omar Rosio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Iratzeder having to interfere. Goyeneche FC's Humberto Eguntsenti got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Andres Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Omar Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Iratzeder came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Resistencia's Placido Cloyo. But to his dismay, Placido Cloyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Placido Cloyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Rosio struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Cleto Iratzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Resistencia. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Rosio in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cleto Iratzeder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Humberto Eguntsenti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Cisco having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Eguntsenti made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Humberto Eguntsenti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardino Cisco was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. If Humberto Eguntsenti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Resistencia's Bernardino Cisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Eguntsenti in the 60th minute of play. If Omar Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Eguntsenti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Bernardino Cisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Ariel Etxahun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goyeneche FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Etxahun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Omar Rosio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Resistencia's Omar Rosio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cleto Iratzeder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 80th play minute Felix Martino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernardino Cisco. 1-1. Cleto Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Cloyo in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Resistencia's zone, Humberto Eguntsenti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Cisco came out of the goal and Humberto Eguntsenti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
