Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cosme Vermudo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Pedro Fidele hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Taboada AFC's Javier Eneto got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Canquel AFC's Rogelio Piearres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Ignatius in the 10th minute of play. Delmiro Ixidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Vermudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Delmiro Ixidor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Vermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Fidele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Ixidor having to interfere. If Benigno Ignatius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Canquel AFC's Rogelio Piearres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Ignatius in the 24th minute of play. Taboada AFC's Delmiro Ixidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Gamus in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Taboada AFC's zone, Marcial Gamus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Ixidor came out of the goal and Marcial Gamus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Javier Eneto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Rogelio Piearres when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 34th play minute Javier Eneto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rogelio Piearres. 1-0. Rogelio Piearres was a little too slow when Benigno Ignatius got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taboada AFC's goalkeeper Delmiro Ixidor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Canquel AFC's Marcial Gamus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmiro Ixidor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Delmiro Ixidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Gamus, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Delmiro Ixidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Vermudo in the 52nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cosme Vermudo in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmiro Ixidor saved Taboada AFC from getting behind. Cosme Vermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Ixidor having to interfere. If Javier Eneto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 64th minute, Benigno Ignatius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taboada AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Benigno Ignatius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Piearres having to interfere. Marcial Gamuss short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Delmiro Ixidor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marcial Gamus came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Delmiro Ixidor could save by the left post. Cleto Timo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With 89 minutes on the clock, Amado Guillelmo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 88 minutes into the game, one of Canquel AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Marcial Gamus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Eneto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Rogelio Piearres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Canquel AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Taboada AFC.
