Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Teodosio Gipuzkoa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mezqui FC's Abel Tximitx got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Mezqui FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Amado Oier hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the match, Ampallo FC's Andres Urti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Anier Ilixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Pirro in the 9th minute of play. Teodosio Gipuzkoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 played minutes, Mezqui FC's Orlando Giraldo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erubiel Jerardo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mezqui FC reached it. Ruben Pirro might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anier Ilixo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruben Pirro ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivan Silban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Jerardo having to interfere. Erubiel Jerardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Silban, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Carolo Mannuel charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carolo Mannuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carolo Mannuel hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Ampallo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Silban came free, but Erubiel Jerardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Silban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Tximitx in the 58th minute of play forced Ampallo FC's goalkeeper Erubiel Jerardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Gregorio Eneko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ruben Pirros short, quick shot in the 61stth minute got Anier Ilixo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Teodosio Gipuzkoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Gipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Anier Ilixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Abel Tximitx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Jerardo came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Mezqui FC's Ivan Silban. But to his dismay, Ivan Silban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Teodosio Gipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Anier Ilixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mezqui FC's goalkeeper Anier Ilixo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Ruben Pirro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anier Ilixo. Mezqui FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruben Pirro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Anier Ilixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Gipuzkoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the game, Alvaro Ilazki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mezqui FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ampallo FC the free kick. In the 96th match minute, Mezqui FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Ilazki to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
