Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Timoteo Hug had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Urtsua. Tuclame's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Hug was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 8th minute, Braulio Errando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Ezequiel Ferman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Silbestre in the 15th minute of play forced Tuclame's goalkeeper Jacinto Urtsua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Javiero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Ezequiel Ferman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aurelio Javiero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. River de Joaco's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ezequiel Ferman 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timoteo Hug in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacinto Urtsua saved Tuclame from getting behind. In the 35thth minute of the game Ezequiel Ferman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River de Joaco's Gervasio Osorio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jorge Silbestre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Silbestre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jacinto Urtsua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Hug, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes Timoteo Hug rounded Tuclame's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. In the 58th minute, Timoteo Hug got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Tuclame's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jorge Silbestre fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ezequiel Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Osorio having to interfere. 84 minutes into the game, Tuclame's Aurelio Javiero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Osorio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Aurelio Javiero sped through River de Joaco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gervasio Osorio. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
