After 26 minutes of play, Protestante AFC's Samuel Bela made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvano Oier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvano Oier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Bela, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Placido Boniel's late challenge caught a Protestante AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Placido Boniel helped the player get up and apologised. Placido Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Sebastian Cucao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Silvano Oier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 38 played minutes Protestante AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Sanduru. In the 46th match minute, Protestante AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Celedonio Jakue to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Gualterio Lonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Protestante AFC's zone, Alejandro Dominic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Amato came out of the goal and Alejandro Dominic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armando Baumer kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Jakue in the 63rd minute of play forced Protestante AFC's goalkeeper Martin Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Salado FC's Celedonio Jakue sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Amato narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silvano Oier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Bela, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Celedonio Jakue who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Protestante AFC's Martin Amato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute Celedonio Jakue shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Amato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Jakue in the 79th minute of play forced Protestante AFC's goalkeeper Martin Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hernan Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Armando Baumer fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Protestante AFC's protests and gave Armando Baumer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute Samuel Bela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Oier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Bela in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvano Oier saved Salado FC from getting behind. Vinicio Gaizkine scored 0-6 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvano Oier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
