An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Silvanito in the 11th minute of play forced Chumbicha FC's goalkeeper Marciano Berdaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Salvador Beremundo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chumbicha FC's Marciano Berdaitz. Marciano Berdaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Salvador Beremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Berdaitz having to interfere. In the 21st minute Fausto Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Berdaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marciano Berdaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Beremundo in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Mauricio Theobald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute of the match Gonzalo Egun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marciano Berdaitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Chumbicha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Theobald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Tibalt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes in the game, Ceferino Ordono fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aureliano Tibalt having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fausto Ticho made a kick off. Marciano Berdaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Beremundo in the 51st minute. After some careless play in the Chumbicha FC defense, Fausto Ticho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Berdaitz. The Chumbicha FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Berdaitz should have stopped the shot. Marciano Berdaitz made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Salvador Beremundo sent off a good shot on target. If Salvador Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chumbicha FC's Marciano Berdaitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Chumbicha FC from getting a goal against them. Marciano Berdaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Ticho in the 64th minute of the match. Marciano Berdaitz made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Salvador Beremundo sent off a good shot on target. Chumbicha FC's Marciano Berdaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Bazil in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Chumbicha FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mauricio Theobald hit a great ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chumbicha FC's goalkeeper Marciano Berdaitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Ticho in the 86th minute of play forced Chumbicha FC's goalkeeper Marciano Berdaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chumbicha FC's Marciano Berdaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Ticho in the 86th minute of play. With a little luck, Chumbicha FC's Marciano Berdaitz got control of the ball when Salvador Beremundo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marciano Berdaitz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 89th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3.
