Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adolfo Medardo started the match with the kick off. Esteve Tibalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Egun in the 3rd minute of play. Segurola's Adolfo Medardo got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardino Matai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jonathan Ermengol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Jonathan Ermengol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Adolfo Medardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raul Hotz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ermengol made a huge save. Jonathan Ermengol acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 24th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nicanor Victoro. The supporters of Segurola booed when Curuzú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Fagondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Segurola's Gaspar Bikendi got a free kick in the 28th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Ramon Abalos put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Esteve Tibalt. A collision led to Curuzú FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Teodoro Guillen hit a great ball. If Raul Hotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41stth minute of the game Fermin Egun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Segurola's Esteve Tibalt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esteve Tibalt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Abalos's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Esteve Tibalt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Egun in the 45th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Ramon Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curuzú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Abalos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Curuzú FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fermin Egun was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Segurola's Raul Hotz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ermengol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fermin Egun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Esteve Tibalt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Segurola's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fermin Egun 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Jonathan Ermengol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Hotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fermin Egun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteve Tibalt having to make a save. Adolfo Medardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Hotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ermengol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes of play, Segurola's Raul Hotz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ermengol was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 91st minute, Raul Hotz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Segurola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 96 played minutes Segurola got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Beltxe. Despite being the better team, Segurola failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
