Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fermin Egun started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Puyel FC booed when Curuzú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Fagondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Puyel FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Txatxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramon Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Puyel FC's Gilberto Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Puyel FC from getting a goal against them. Fermin Egun charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fermin Egun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Curuzú FC's Fermin Egun got a free kick in the 16th minute. Ramon Abalos might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Txatxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon Abalos ran back to his position shaking his head. Ramon Abalos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ermengol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 22nd match minute, Curuzú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Leheren to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Claus in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, Puyel FC's Gilberto Txatxu got control of the ball when Ramon Abalos tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Saturnino Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Claus in the 38th minute of play forced Curuzú FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Ermengol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramon Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lázaro Claus to strike the kick off in the second half. Teodoro Guillen kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Fermin Egun took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Txatxu. Gilberto Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gilberto Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Egun in the 63rd minute of play. Lázaro Claus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jonathan Ermengol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ermengol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Claus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Curuzú FC's zone, Saturnino Elodio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ermengol came out of the goal and Saturnino Elodio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fermin Egun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilberto Txatxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Egun in the 77th minute of play forced Puyel FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saturnino Elodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jonathan Ermengol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Abalos in the 81st minute of play forced Puyel FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 played minutes Puyel FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Elodio. Jonathan Ermengol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Claus in the 88th minute of play. If Ramon Abalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Tulio hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Curuzú FC's zone, Ermegildo Cuartio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ermengol came out of the goal and Ermegildo Cuartio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
