Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aldo Jayvier started the match with the kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Cristo Justin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuberos club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Justin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonzalo Licerio struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Fernando Maureo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grüttly AFC. Cuberos club's Fernando Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Licerio in the 10th minute of play. Gonzalo Licerio struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Fernando Maureo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grüttly AFC. In the 15th minute, Aldo Jayvier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The long shot by German Errapel in the 20th minute really tested Fernando Maureo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Domingo Cucao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Maureo having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Grüttly AFC's zone, Aldo Jayvier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Arias came out of the goal and Aldo Jayvier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingo Cucao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cuberos club's Fernando Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Licerio in the 29th minute of play. If Domingo Cucao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Licerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Maureo having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Gogo Pereyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Cuberos club defense, Domingo Cucao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Maureo. The Cuberos club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Maureo should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonzalo Licerio to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Licerio in the 65th minute of play forced Cuberos club's goalkeeper Fernando Maureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Aureliano Ayala mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuberos club and the Grüttly AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gonzalo Licerio in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Maureo saved Cuberos club from getting behind. Domingo Cucao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fernando Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardino Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Jayvier in the 73rd minute of play. Erubiel Policarpio hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute Aldo Jayvier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aldo Jayvier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Arias having to interfere. Domingo Cucao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Grüttly AFC fully deserved thier win.
