With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inocencio Heriberto in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Garin saved Saucecito from getting behind. In the 35th minute Arnulfo Bernal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Garin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Ubaldo Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Candido Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Ponce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Camilo Garin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnulfo Bernal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Candido Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Ponce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Camilo Garin made a huge save. In the 69th minute Candido Acevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Garin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Bernal in the 71st minute of play. Saucecito's Adrian Goren suffered a sore thigh after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnulfo Bernal during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, forzosos de vte.lopez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Bernal to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Jorge Ponce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Arnulfo Bernal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hector Gorri hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Jorge Ponce managed to get in a good position for a shot. forzosos de vte.lopez's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Ponce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Garin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Arnulfo Bernal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. The forzosos de vte.lopez players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
