Armando Cordario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cipriano Raymond having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Cucao in the 9th minute of play forced Iunion Alaianz's goalkeeper Pablo Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo Isaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Pablo Isaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Iraido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Elvio Garoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pueblito! The goalkeeper, Cipriano Raymond, was totally fooled by Iunion Alaianz's Elvio Garoa, who 22 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a rather tough play, Pueblito's Lucio Cai got a free kick in the 26th minute. Pablo Isaio came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Pueblito's Godofredo Iraido. But to his dismay, Godofredo Iraido quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Pueblito's Fulgencio Henrico got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Fulgencio Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pueblito's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Henrico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pablo Isaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Isaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Henrico in the 46th minute of the match. Godofredo Iraido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Isaio having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fulgencio Henrico was the one to do the kick off. Fausto Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Cipriano Raymond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Iunion Alaianz booed when Pueblito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Cordeara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Raymundo struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Cipriano Raymond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iunion Alaianz. Armando Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Godofredo Iraido was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Pueblito's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Henrico in the 80th minute of play forced Iunion Alaianz's goalkeeper Pablo Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Tiburcio Chayo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pablo Isaio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Apolo Cucao kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Iunion Alaianz's Elvio Garoa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pueblito. 87 minutes into the match, Armando Cordario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Raymond. Pueblito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Cordario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Cipriano Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 98th match minute, Iunion Alaianz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Tallia to maneuver through the defense. Fulgencio Henrico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo Isaio having to interfere. The Pueblito players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
