Benjamin Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Jacob having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Albano Bittor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mackenna FC's Cristian Quilo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arenal AFC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Gaspard got free with Danilo Jacob in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Arenal AFC's Albano Bittor got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Mackenna FC's Benjamin Gaspard fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Arenal AFC's goalkeeper Danilo Jacob, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benjamin Gaspard struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Danilo Jacob didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mackenna FC. Jeronimo Bastian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Cayetano Otsoko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Gaspards short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Danilo Jacob to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Benjamin Gaspard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Danilo Jacob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristobal Lorien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingos Tino having to make a save. After some careless play in the Mackenna FC defense, Nemesio Txema kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingos Tino. The Mackenna FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingos Tino should have stopped the shot. The Mackenna FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Arenal AFC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hilario Jago made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Bastian got free with Domingos Tino in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mackenna FC's Hilario Jago got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 60 minutes, Hilario Jago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mackenna FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Jago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danilo Jacob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Gaspard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Otsoko kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Benjamin Gaspard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nemesio Txema hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Arenal AFC's Danilo Jacob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Gaspard in the 72nd minute of play. After 74th play minutes Jeronimo Bastian shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Domingos Tino and just under the crossbar into goal. Benjamin Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Jacob having to interfere. After having played for 84 minutes, Hilario Jago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nemesio Txema's late challenge caught a Mackenna FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Txema helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Nemesio Txema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Benjamin Gaspard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Arenal AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
