After a defensive mix-up in Cerrillos FC's zone, Fernando Indartsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Porfiro came out of the goal and Fernando Indartsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ducós's Maximino Jakobe got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Maximino Jakobe fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ducós's protests and gave Maximino Jakobe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ducós getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Maximino Jakobe hit a great ball. Fernando Indartsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ducós's Maximino Jakobe managed to work through Cerrillos FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Maximino Jakobe dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 35 minutes into the game, Silverio Maureo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrillos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ducós the free kick. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cerrillos FC! In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Ducós. Nicanor Froylan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Armando Porfiro. 0-1. In the 41st minute Maximino Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Porfiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Maximino Jakobe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Porfiro was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Aristides Txema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Kimetz having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Ducós's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Txema came free, but Enrique Kimetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Aristides Txema managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerrillos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Txema was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Kimetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Indartsu got free with Armando Porfiro in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Cerrillos FC's Armando Porfiro got control of the ball when Fernando Indartsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Cerrillos FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ducós's performance. The match ended with a win for Ducós.
