Dorrego Football Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Anacleto Bernad 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. In the 44th minute of the match Ruben Felipillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Romeo Formerio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dorrego Football Club's Romeo Formerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Dorrego Football Club from getting a goal against them. Godofredo Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Moises Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
