Eduardo Eyague fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Marques having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Álvarez AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Walme to maneuver through the defense. Everardo Baristo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Eduardo Eyague fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Marques having to interfere. When A. S. The Álvarez AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saverio Marques should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Eduardo Eyague from a close distance when the talented Saverio Marques managed to make a qualified save. Álvarez AFC's players were relieved. After 52 minutes, Leonardo Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Álvarez AFC and the A. S. Livorno players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Álvarez AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eduardo Eyague fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Carolo Min took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Saverio Marques to make any attempt to save it. Carolo Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Saverio Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, A. S. Livorno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Jerano to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Eyague struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Saverio Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A. S. Livorno. Carolo Min recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiburcio Reynardo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saverio Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eduardo Eyague's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saverio Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. When Leonardo Torres was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 87 minutes had been played. The supporters of A. S. Livorno booed when Álvarez AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Álvarez AFC's zone, Carolo Min stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Marques came out of the goal and Carolo Min tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saverio Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Min, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Livorno's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
