Natalio Aimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Ascencio in the 21st minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Arturo Rodas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galisteo FC and the Coranzulí AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Natalio Aimar came out of the goal and Emiliano Uzuri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Beltran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Ralondo during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emilio Ralondo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Emiliano Uzuri took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natalio Aimar.
