After a defensive mix-up in Pirugra's zone, Gerardo Garaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After 30 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pirugra! Damaso Bela walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Aquilino Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Mendiko having to interfere. Faustino Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Florencio Paio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florencio Paio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faustino Azevedo to strike the kick off in the second half. Florentino Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Ermano in the 91st minute of play. Huejeda's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
