Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th match minute, Capillitas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Guib to maneuver through the defense. Ildefonso Abilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Calisto in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Valentin Iratze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Abilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ildefonso Abilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Ariando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Calisto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ildefonso Abilio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A hard shot 26 in the game by Justino Quinto from a close distance when the talented Nereo Suero managed to make a qualified save. Atlanta FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Capillitas AFC booed when Atlanta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Iratze didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Atlanta FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Justino Quinto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 29 minutes into the match, Atlanta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Llope came free, but Nereo Suero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Capillitas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Aimar to maneuver through the defense. If Justino Quinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 minutes, Joaquin Goito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlanta FC and the Capillitas AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joaquin Goito kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Atlanta FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Saturnino Llope scored to the left of an out of position Nereo Suero, making the score, 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saturnino Llope stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Eliseo Calisto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlanta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Calisto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dario Ariando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Abilio having to interfere. Saturnino Llope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Nereo Suero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Suero having to interfere. Dario Ariando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Capillitas AFC's Ildefonso Abilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Ariando in the 72nd minute of play. Maximino Aimar charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximino Aimar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Atlanta FC booed when Capillitas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Capillitas AFC's Ildefonso Abilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Capillitas AFC from getting a goal against them. 81 minutes into the match, Justino Quinto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atlanta FC's Nereo Suero. Nereo Suero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leopoldo Pudes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nereo Suero. Atlanta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Eliseo Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dario Ariando in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ildefonso Abilio saved Capillitas AFC from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Capillitas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Ariando came free, but Ildefonso Abilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Capillitas AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Atlanta FC for a fine match.
