Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Genaro Maria started the match with the kick off. Robustiano Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Cristofor having to interfere. Arnaldo Cristofor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Garikoitz in the 6th minute of the match. Arnaldo Cristofor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Garikoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Robustiano Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 13 minutes of play, El Salmon's Honorio Garikoitz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnaldo Cristofor was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Domingo Raymon came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the BICHO DE PADUA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingo Raymon couldn't finish the play. Saturnino Garaile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Honorio Garikoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Arnaldo Cristofor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Salmon's Saturnino Garaile proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save El Salmon from getting a goal against them. El Salmon's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Genaro Maria scored to the left of an out of position Saturnino Garaile, making the score, 1-1. Robustiano Hernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnaldo Cristofor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. When Honorio Garikoitz fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Salmon's protests and gave Honorio Garikoitz a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes El Salmon got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Garikoitz. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robustiano Hernandez to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, BICHO DE PADUA's Inocencio Iigo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Serafino Medardo charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafino Medardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BICHO DE PADUA getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Serafino Medardo hit a great ball. After 62 minutes, Cesar Bide mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BICHO DE PADUA and the El Salmon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in BICHO DE PADUA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Domingo Raymon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Saturnino Garaile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of El Salmon booed when BICHO DE PADUA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Medardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honorio Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Cristofor having to interfere. Arnaldo Cristofor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Hernandez in the 76th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BICHO DE PADUA's zone, Robustiano Hernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Cristofor came out of the goal and Robustiano Hernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Salmon's Saturnino Garaile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Maria in the 87th minute of play. Saturnino Garaile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Raymon, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Robustiano Hernandez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. BICHO DE PADUA succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though El Salmon had controlled the match.
