With an all-out effort, Los Albos's Bartolo Goi threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lorenzo Artizar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Lorenzo Artizar took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bartolo Goi to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 15 minutes, Eugenio Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN MIGUEL FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Santo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Armando Lobo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN MIGUEL FC. When Marcos Honesto fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SAN MIGUEL FC's protests and gave Marcos Honesto a yellow card for diving instead. Marcos Honesto hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Los Albos getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ceferino Oton hit a great ball. Los Albos's Armando Lobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Raphael in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Santo in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Lobo saved Los Albos from getting behind. In the 47th minute, Bartolo Raulo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Lobo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 57th minute, Eugenio Santo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Armando Lobo, passed just outside the right post. If Lorenzo Artizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd match minute, SAN MIGUEL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Mosen to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Anacleto Lucila sped through SAN MIGUEL FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bartolo Goi. Los Albos's Armando Lobo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Santo in the 68th minute of play. Los Albos's Armando Lobo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Los Albos from getting a goal against them. If Anacleto Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Lobo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Raphael in the 74th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hernan Egun during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Los Albos's Hernan Egun got a free kick in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Eugenio Santo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Lobo. Los Albos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Santo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Pedro Raphael struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Armando Lobo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN MIGUEL FC. Hernan Egun kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. With a little luck, Los Albos's Armando Lobo got control of the ball when Pedro Raphael tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Los Albos defense, Pedro Raphael kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Lobo. The Los Albos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Lobo should have stopped the shot. SAN MIGUEL FC played a much better game than Los Albos and deserved their victory. The Los Albos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
