Club Atletico Branca 's Emilio Grabiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atletico Branca from getting a goal against them. Emilio Grabiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilario Ralondo in the 13th minute. Reynaldo Sandalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Grabiel having to interfere. Club Atletico Branca 's Emilio Grabiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Sandalio in the 23rd minute of play. After 28 played minutes Reynaldo Sandalio could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. 31 minutes into the match, Ateneo Haedo F.C.'s Hilario Ralondo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emilio Grabiel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rdth minute of the game Reynaldo Sandalio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Branca 's Emilio Grabiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Hilario Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ateneo Haedo F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Ralondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Grabiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Grabiel made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Hilario Ralondo sent off a good shot on target. Emilio Grabiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Sandalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Reynaldo Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Grabiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After 53rd play minutes Ezequiel Fraco shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Emilio Grabiel and just under the crossbar into goal. Ateneo Haedo F.C. were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Club Atletico Branca 's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Florencio Fonda took the corner. Emilio Grabiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Sandalio in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Sandalio in the 87th minute of play forced Club Atletico Branca 's goalkeeper Emilio Grabiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Elazar during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Club Atletico Branca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Elazar to maneuver through the defense. Reynaldo Sandalio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ateneo Haedo F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
