Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reynaldo Sandalio kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, San Telmo Market was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Weather to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Hector Vasco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Telmo Market's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ateneo Haedo F.C. the free kick. In the 6th minute, Hector Vasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reynaldo Sandalio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Hilario Ralondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ateneo Haedo F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Ralondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Jerardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Hilario Ralondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ateneo Haedo F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 21st minute Reynaldo Sandalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Jerardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Celedonio Vermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Haritz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Ateneo Haedo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Vermudo came free, but Severo Haritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Celedonio Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Telmo Market's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Vermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Haritz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, San Telmo Market's Hector Vasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severo Haritz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mariano Jerardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Sandalio in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Ateneo Haedo F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Vermudo came free, but Severo Haritz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Vasco in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Haritz saved Ateneo Haedo F.C. from getting behind. Hilario Ralondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Sandalio struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Mariano Jerardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ateneo Haedo F.C.. Severo Haritz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Vermudo in the 70th minute of the match. Severo Haritz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Vasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Celedonio Vermudo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severo Haritz. Ateneo Haedo F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Vermudo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Paulo Porfirio charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Porfirio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Reynaldo Sandalio might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariano Jerardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Sandalio ran back to his position shaking his head.
