Cosme Sayveon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Marciano Martxelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.A. River Plate's Marciano Martxelin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save C.A. River Plate from getting a goal against them. Cosme Sayveon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Marciano Martxelin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cosme Sayveon came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Deportivo Tano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Sayveon couldn't finish the play. Teobaldo Tano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Oso having to interfere. Cosme Sayveon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosme Sayveon didn't quite understand what happened when in the 25 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. If Enrique Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, C.A. River Plate's Enrique Ekialde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorato Oso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enrique Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Tano's Ezequiel Tabor got a free kick in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobaldo Tano to strike the kick off in the second half. Teobaldo Tano charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teobaldo Tano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, C.A. River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Tano to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Ekialde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Honorato Oso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teobaldo Tano might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Honorato Oso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobaldo Tano ran back to his position shaking his head. Teobaldo Tano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, C.A. River Plate's Teobaldo Tano got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jose Paublo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Marciano Martxelin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ezequiel Tabor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Martxelin having to interfere. Ezequiel Tabor fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 91st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Cosme Sayveon came free in the 94th minute and tried to tip the ball over Marciano Martxelin, but to the joy of C.A. River Plate's supporters the ball went over. The C.A. River Plate players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Deportivo Tano from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
