Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Freddy Elixio started the match with the kick off. Lucas Quintun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ismael Ovando fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alegre AFC's protests and gave Ismael Ovando a yellow card for diving instead. Emilio Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Elixio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute of the match, Freddy Elixio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emilio Santo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alegre AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Freddy Elixio scored to the left of an out of position Emilio Santo, making the score, 1-0. Emilio Santo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Elixio, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Alegre AFC's Victor Bastiaro got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Aaron Berto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute, Mauricio Cordero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alegre AFC's Geronimo Calixto got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Quilo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Bastiaro in the 26th minute of play. Victor Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cachí's Alberto Quilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Calixto in the 29th minute of play. Ismael Ovando was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Alegre AFC's Ismael Ovando got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Alegre AFC's zone, Freddy Elixio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Santo came out of the goal and Freddy Elixio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bartolo Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After having played for 56 minutes, Geronimo Calixto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alegre AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Calixto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddy Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Santo having to interfere. When Freddy Elixio came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Cachí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Elixio couldn't finish the play. Cachí's Jaime Loreto got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Lucas Quintun came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Cachí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Quintun couldn't finish the play. Emilio Santo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cachí's Freddy Elixio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Cachí's Aurelio Fonda got a free kick in the 81st minute. Alberto Quilo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Victor Bastiaro sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Alegre AFC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Geronimo Calixto hit a great ball. Esteve Veronica took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilio Santo. Alegre AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Alegre AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Bartolo Tomi hit a great ball. Alegre AFC's Bartolo Tomi got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
