Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Apolo Quinito got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Iker Cordarrel managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Red Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Cordarrel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnaldo Iratzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnaldo Iratzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Feliberto Heriberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Primeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes F.C. Red Lions got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Baraquiel. Siro Primeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Heriberto in the 14th minute of play. F.C. Red Lions's Siro Primeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Heriberto in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, F.C. Red Lions's Adolfo Baraquiel got a free kick in the 18th minute. Arnaldo Iratzeder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iker Cordarrel in the 22nd minute. Apolo Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Arnaldo Iratzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Primeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Iceberg FC's zone, Apolo Quinito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Iratzeder came out of the goal and Apolo Quinito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Apolo Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Vimaro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Apolo Quinito might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnaldo Iratzeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apolo Quinito ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Quinito in the 55th minute of play forced Iceberg FC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Iratzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. F.C. Red Lions's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iceberg FC the free kick. When the match had been going on for 74 minutes, Iceberg FC's Augusto Servando got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Siro Primeiro. After 77 played minutes F.C. Red Lions got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Erroman. After a rather tough play, Iceberg FC's Matias Veronica got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Benedicto Montrel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnaldo Iratzeder skillfully saved the ball. Apolo Quinito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnaldo Iratzeder having to make a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Iceberg FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
