Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Clemente Delfino made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Manguaré booed when Piamonte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Delfino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manguaré's Domingo Telo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Delfino in the 4th minute of play. Baltasar Erauso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th match minute, Piamonte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Elizardo to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Piamonte defense, Leon Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baltasar Erauso. The Piamonte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baltasar Erauso should have stopped the shot. Domingo Telo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolas Lauaxeta in the 13th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Manguaré's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Delfino came free, but Domingo Telo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Javier Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javier Herrera in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltasar Erauso saved Piamonte from getting behind. Leon Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Herrera in the 30th minute of play forced Piamonte's goalkeeper Baltasar Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Piamonte's zone, Leon Fernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Erauso came out of the goal and Leon Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingo Telo was a little too slow when Clemente Delfino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 40thth minute of the game Javier Herrera who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piamonte's Baltasar Erauso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute of the match Americo Veto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingo Telo skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Javier Herrera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Fernandez got free with Baltasar Erauso in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 65 minutes, Leon Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manguaré's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Piamonte's Clemente Delfino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Telo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Fernandez got free with Baltasar Erauso in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 91 minutes, Leon Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manguaré's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Delfino in the 94th minute of play forced Manguaré's goalkeeper Domingo Telo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Piamonte supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Manguaré's performance. The match ended with a win for Manguaré.
