Without hesitation aimed to the right of Domingo Telo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Plata Araucana FC's Jonatan Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Herrera in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Tavio in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Telo saved Manguaré from getting behind. Domingo Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Tavio in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Jonas Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Fernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Bermudez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Dario Etxeberri hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Leon Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Bermudez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Carmelo Tavio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Domingo Telo was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the match, Manguaré's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Tavio came free, but Domingo Telo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingo Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Tavio in the 43rd minute of the match. The Plata Araucana FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manguaré were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmelo Tavio was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Plata Araucana FC got a corner. Manguaré's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Demario ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dario Etxeberri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Manguaré's goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Tavio came free, but Domingo Telo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abelardo Silvanito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Bermudez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manguaré. After a defensive mix-up in Manguaré's zone, Carmelo Tavio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Telo came out of the goal and Carmelo Tavio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmelo Tavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Telo having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Plata Araucana FC got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Jesco. Jonatan Bermudez made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Leon Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. Jonatan Bermudez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Fernandez in the 96th minute.
