When German Alvarez came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the arsenal AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that German Alvarez couldn't finish the play. C. A. Reneesme's Leonardo Remigio pulled a muscle in his leg after 14 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julio Panpili during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Julio Panpili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leopoldo Demesio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Santos Gilen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Emanuel Beremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Reneesme's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adan Naelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. German Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Demesio having to interfere. German Alvarez in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leopoldo Demesio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Omar Bingen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Naelio having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, C. A. Reneesme's goalkeeper Leopoldo Demesio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Alvarez. In the 38th minute, German Alvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopoldo Demesio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. C. A. Reneesme's Leopoldo Demesio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Gilen in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santos Gilen to strike the kick off in the second half. Santos Gilen might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Demesio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santos Gilen ran back to his position shaking his head. Leopoldo Demesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Gilen in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Reneesme's zone, German Alvarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Demesio came out of the goal and German Alvarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Santos Gilen sped through C. A. Reneesme's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leopoldo Demesio. In a very dangerous position, a player in C. A. Reneesme fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for arsenal AFC. Vicente Joey stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leopoldo Demesio. 4-1. Gregorio Theodore hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Demesio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Gilen in the 71st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, German Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. arsenal AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but German Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reneesme's goalkeeper Leopoldo Demesio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of arsenal AFC booed when C. A. Reneesme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Beremundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, German Alvarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hugo Beltran's late challenge caught a arsenal AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Beltran helped the player get up and apologised. After 98 played minutes C. A. Reneesme got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Beltran. German Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Demesio having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the C. A. Reneesme players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for arsenal AFC.
