In the 4th minute Remigio Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Erroman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Viscachani AFC's zone, Victoriano Quinteros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Erroman came out of the goal and Victoriano Quinteros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victoriano Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Israel Erroman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Victoriano Fernendo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Club Almagro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Fernendo couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Delmiro Orain hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmelo Tabb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Eufemio having to interfere. Florentino Gilabert struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Venancio Eufemio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viscachani AFC. Victoriano Quinteros charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoriano Quinteros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th minute, Carmelo Tabb got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Teo Dei fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viscachani AFC's protests and gave Teo Dei a yellow card for diving instead. 32 minutes into the game, one of Viscachani AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Venancio Eufemio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Gilabert in the 39th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Venancio Eufemio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 84th minute, Rodolfo Norino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Viscachani AFC's goalkeeper Israel Erroman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Club Almagro's Venancio Eufemio got control of the ball when Carmelo Tabb tried to sneak it across the goal line.
