Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Herminio Inguma hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Claudio Rosalio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amberes's Mauro Quintin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th match minute, Mataldi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Inguma to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mataldi's Herminio Inguma got a free kick in the 13th minute. Eloy Ranolfo took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Braulio Vimaro. Braulio Vimaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, Amberes's Mauro Quintin got control of the ball when Herminio Inguma tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st minute Antonio Moise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mataldi booed when Amberes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Frasquito didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Desiderio Brion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amberes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mataldi the free kick. Desiderio Brion kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26thth minute of the game Antonio Moise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amberes's Mauro Quintin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celestino Frasquito hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Braulio Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Ranolfo in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Eloy Ranolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Vimaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Moise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Quintin having to interfere. Roque Gaskon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Braulio Vimaro having to make a save. Braulio Vimaro came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Amberes's Roque Gaskon. But to his dismay, Roque Gaskon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

54 minutes into the match, Claudio Rosalio notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Amberes's Mauro Quintin. Mauro Quintin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roque Gaskon got free with Braulio Vimaro in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Quintin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Rosalio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mataldi booed when Amberes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Frasquito didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the game, Mataldi's Antonio Moise nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Quintin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Antonio Moise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Amberes's goalkeeper Mauro Quintin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herminio Inguma hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Braulio Vimaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Ranolfo in the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Antonio Moise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Indar kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Antonio Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mauro Quintin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Amberes's zone, Claudio Rosalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Quintin came out of the goal and Claudio Rosalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 played minutes, Mataldi's Carmelo Damario shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauro Quintin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mataldi reached it. In the 98th minute, Eloy Ranolfo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Amberes players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mataldi from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
