In the 17th minute Gerardo Maraman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Abarca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Abarca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Maraman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Baltasar Gaxan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Emeterio during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Garuhapé got a freekick which was hit by Donato Emeterio. 37 minutes into the game, Garuhapé's Roman Claus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agustin Abarca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Marcos Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Telmo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With 57 minutes on the clock, Augusto Eguen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Garuhapé:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Horqueta AFC:s goal. Jairo Papo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agustin Abarca having to interfere. With a little luck, Horqueta AFC's Agustin Abarca got control of the ball when Jairo Papo tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Vito in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Telmo saved Garuhapé from getting behind. Agustin Abarca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jairo Papo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Agustin Abarca made a huge save. Jairo Papo might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Abarca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Papo ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Uriel Telmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roman Claus during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roman Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Isaias Beltxe's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Uriel Telmo on his right side and into the goal. 99 minutes into the game it was 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Garuhapé had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
