Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hector Piearres made the kick off which started today's match. Gerardo Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Leobardo in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Luján FC's Ismael Prejun got a free kick in the 4th minute. Gerardo Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Leobardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hector Piearres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Leobardo in the 32nd minute of play. After 40 played minutes, Luján FC's Leandro Miro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Artemio Urtungo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Luján FC reached it. Gerardo Abalos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiburcio Gabon in the 41st minute. When Hector Piearres came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Luján FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Piearres couldn't finish the play. Hector Piearres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artemio Urtungo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isidro Leobardo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Tiburcio Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Hector Piearres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artemio Urtungo. The goal made the score 0-1. 61 minutes into the match, Luján FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Leobardo came free, but Gerardo Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Isidro Leobardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gerardo Abalos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leandro Azibar struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Gerardo Abalos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bustamante. Ismael Prejun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerardo Abalos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Leobardo in the 82nd minute of the match. If Isidro Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Leobardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Gerardo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bustamante's Tiburcio Gabon got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Luján FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Gabon came free, but Gerardo Abalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
