Tiburcio Gabon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Eustaquio Galeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustaquio Galeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Gabon in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Carrizal FC booed when Bustamante was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Azibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Alejandro Rio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bustamante's Artemio Urtungo didn't even have to move. When Armando Paskal fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bustamante's protests and gave Armando Paskal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Bustamante was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Paskal to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Carrizal FC booed when Bustamante was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Paskal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Peter charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jairo Peter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Isidro Leobardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carrizal FC's Eustaquio Galeno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Higinio Otoniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Urtungo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Erroman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Artemio Urtungo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 31st minute of the match Armando Paskal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Armando Paskal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 32nd minute, Armando Paskal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Urtungo made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Benicio Erroman sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Higinio Otoniel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artemio Urtungo. That made the score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiburcio Gabon was the one to do the kick off. Eustaquio Galeno made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Tiburcio Gabon sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Benicio Erroman put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Artemio Urtungo. Artemio Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Otoniel in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Bustamante's Tiburcio Gabon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustaquio Galeno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Benicio Erroman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Erroman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Urtungo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiburcio Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Higinio Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Otoniel in the 81st minute of play. Isidro Leobardo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Benicio Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artemio Urtungo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Erroman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Carrizal FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Rojelio. After recieving a nice pass, Bustamante's Albino Paublo tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Artemio Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Erroman in the 94th minute of play. If Tiburcio Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carrizal FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bustamante had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
