Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Federico Indartsu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With his leg Arnoldo Edorta managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Merayo's Bernardo Cresconio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paolo Oskarbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Edorta having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Merayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Oroitz to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Merayo's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Indartsu came free, but Jesus Tano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Leo Iruinea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arnoldo Edorta, 1-0. Cecilio Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jesus Tano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 29 minutes, Dionisio Orlondon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quilaquina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Orlondon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Federico Indartsu in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesus Tano saved Merayo from getting behind. Quilaquina's Cecilio Ourente got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Merayo's Lisandro Libertad got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Dionisio Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Paolo Oskarbi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Edorta. Quilaquina's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Oskarbi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Arnoldo Edorta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Iruinea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the match, Quilaquina's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Iruinea came free, but Arnoldo Edorta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bernardo Cresconio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. In the 71st minute, Bernardo Cresconio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quilaquina's Arnoldo Edorta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Oskarbi in the 75th minute of play. Paolo Oskarbi struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Arnoldo Edorta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merayo. When Paolo Oskarbi came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Merayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Oskarbi couldn't finish the play. Paolo Oskarbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cecilio Ourente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Merayo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Quilaquina for a fine match.
