Adolfo Curcio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernan Ascencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Adolfo Curcio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Jipa's zone, Abelardo Balesio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernan Ascencio came out of the goal and Abelardo Balesio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Abelardo Balesio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fisherton's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Balesio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Ascencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fisherton's goalkeeper Isidro Ubelteso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adolfo Curcio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernan Ascencio having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Timoteo Mateo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Abelardo Balesio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The attack was good, but when Adolfo Curcio in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Abelardo Balesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Fernan Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Curcio struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Fernan Ascencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fisherton. Timoteo Mateo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Isidro Ubelteso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidro Ubelteso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elpidio Caradaro went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Timoteo Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Elpidio Caradaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Jipa's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Curcio came free, but Fernan Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Ubelteso came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Jipa's Elpidio Caradaro. But to his dismay, Elpidio Caradaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Fernan Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Curcio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Caradaro in the 96th minute of play forced Fisherton's goalkeeper Isidro Ubelteso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
