The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Justin got free with Casimiro Grabiel in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonatan Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Grabiel having to interfere. In the 8th minute Angel Amor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Grabiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Santxol's late challenge caught a Maurinho Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Santxol helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Maurinho Team booed when Futbol Club Tatuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Santxol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurinho Team's Gervasio Eate couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Futbol Club Tatuna. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Futbol Club Tatuna:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maurinho Team:s goal. In the 22nd match minute, Futbol Club Tatuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Heriberto to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Maurinho Team's Angel Amor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casimiro Grabiel. Casimiro Grabiel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Angel Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Casimiro Grabiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Abalos in the 42nd minute of play forced Maurinho Team's goalkeeper Diego Fiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Futbol Club Tatuna's Casimiro Grabiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Futbol Club Tatuna from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Fidel Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Marciano Heriberto struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Diego Fiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futbol Club Tatuna. Emilio Abalos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonatan Justin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Casimiro Grabiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Maurinho Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Eate to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 76 minutes, Marciano Heriberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Futbol Club Tatuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Heriberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Maurinho Team's Silvestre Adrio got a free kick in the 77th minute. Emilio Abalos might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diego Fiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Abalos ran back to his position shaking his head. If Marciano Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Futbol Club Tatuna's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Justin came free, but Casimiro Grabiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Amor in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casimiro Grabiel saved Futbol Club Tatuna from getting behind. Casimiro Grabiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Diego Fiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Abalos in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Maurinho Team's zone, Emilio Abalos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Fiz came out of the goal and Emilio Abalos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maurinho Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
