Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Celso Elixio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Benigno Ayala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Elixio in the 8th minute of the match. Lucas Ongile made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Gergori in the 14th minute. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Guillermo Gergori got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 17 minutes, Aquilino Timo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lapas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Timo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, RESACADOS F.C.'s Rosendo Sancho got a free kick in the 18th minute. Carmelo Aureo's late challenge caught a RESACADOS F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Aureo helped the player get up and apologised. Carmelo Aureo hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Celso Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ayala having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Abadie in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benigno Ayala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute, Alejandro Baleren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Nataniel made a great header on RESACADOS F.C.'s corner, it was just that Lapas FC's Benigno Ayala managed to reach the ball for a save. Celso Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ayala having to interfere. Lapas FC's Guillermo Gergori got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alfredo Lauren fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RESACADOS F.C.'s protests and gave Alfredo Lauren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lapas FC booed when RESACADOS F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Lauren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Leopoldo Abadie managed to get in a good position for a shot. RESACADOS F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Abadie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Ayala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 53 played minutes RESACADOS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Castel. In the 62nd match minute, RESACADOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Manilan to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Celso Elixio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 69 played minutes RESACADOS F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Candido Remicio. Aquilino Timo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ayala having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Lapas FC's goalkeeper Benigno Ayala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Abadie. After having played for 83 minutes, Guillermo Gergori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lapas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Gergori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Leopoldo Abadie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benigno Ayala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Celso Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Ayala having to interfere. Benigno Ayala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Elixio, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. If Leopoldo Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RESACADOS F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
