But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Peru couldn't finish the play. Claudio Etxeberri hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Salvador Abalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelino Gonza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Arnau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Nabar kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Azul's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Arnau came free, but Marcelino Gonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Sixto Peru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Gonza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes, Sixto Peru made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Azul's Marcelino Gonza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sixto Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Marcelino Gonza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaspar Haritz struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Celso Hanni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Azul. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaspar Haritz was the one to do the kick off. Celso Hanni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Alvarez in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Los Halcones Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Haritz came free, but Celso Hanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Gaspar Haritz sped through Los Halcones Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celso Hanni. Azul's Marcelino Gonza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Azul from getting a goal against them. When Israel Arnau came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Los Halcones Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Arnau couldn't finish the play.
