Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anier Platon started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Agustin Benet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Chovet FC's goalkeeper Paulino Naelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Indartsu. Agustin Criston might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Naelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustin Criston ran back to his position shaking his head. Ignacio Indartsu came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paulino Naelio could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anier Platon in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonides Fidensio saved Miraflores from getting behind. Chovet FC's Anier Platon got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Agustin Criston came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Miraflores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Criston couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Chovet FC's Ubaldo Fernado got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Agustin Criston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ignacio Indartsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Agustin Criston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Naelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustin Criston in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Naelio saved Chovet FC from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After 54 played minutes Miraflores got a freekick which was hit by Albano Frederik. Chovet FC's Cosme Pitin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Miraflores. Anier Platon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonides Fidensio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anier Platon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 66 minute of play. The supporters of Miraflores booed when Chovet FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Fernado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleto Perutxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Leonides Fidensio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacio Indartsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the game, one of Chovet FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ignacio Indartsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miraflores's Ignacio Indartsu got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 98 minutes of play, Chovet FC's Cleto Perutxo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonides Fidensio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Miraflores supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chovet FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Chovet FC.
