Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Justino Mantzio kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Banfield F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Lobo struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Prudencio Bitxintxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Improvisados FC. Samuel Lobo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Prudencio Bitxintxo made a huge save. With his leg Prudencio Bitxintxo managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Improvisados FC's Samuel Lobo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Prudencio Bitxintxo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 16th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Carlos Isaio. In the 21st minute, Justino Mantzio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prudencio Bitxintxo. The goal made the score 1-0. Ricardo Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Llorienzo having to interfere. Vladimiro Feo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Llorienzo. Herminio Llorienzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Banfield F.C's Prudencio Bitxintxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Banfield F.C from getting a goal against them. Tiburcio Ibon's late challenge caught a Improvisados FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiburcio Ibon helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Banfield F.C's Tiburcio Ibon got a free kick in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Improvisados FC's Samuel Lobo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prudencio Bitxintxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Lobo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Bitxintxo having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Improvisados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Arce came free, but Herminio Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Austin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vladimiro Feo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Ricardo Arce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Herminio Llorienzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 62 minutes, Ricardo Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Banfield F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Arce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Ricardo Arce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herminio Llorienzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 75 minutes in the game, Vladimiro Feo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Herminio Llorienzo having to interfere. Santiago Theodore kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Herminio Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Feo in the 82nd minute of the match. When the match was over Banfield F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Improvisados FC throughout the match.
