After 2 played minutes, Anchorena FC's Reynaldo Bernebe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Federico Socorro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anchorena FC reached it. Humberto Gonzalez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Haitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, Delicias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Beat to maneuver through the defense. Humberto Gonzalez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Abel in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Anchorena FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Hotz to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Reynaldo Beat sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Anchorena FC's Humberto Gonzalez didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Anchorena FC's Luis Raebert got a free kick in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Mateo Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delicias's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Abel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Gonzalez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Desiderio Haitz's late challenge caught a Anchorena FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Desiderio Haitz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Anchorena FC booed when Delicias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Haitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Hipolito Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Gonzalez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Delicias's Mateo Abel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Hipolito Oton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Socorro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Albino Txordon hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Mateo Abel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Gonzalez having to interfere. Mateo Abel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mateo Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Mateo Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delicias's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Abel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Gonzalez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Humberto Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Bertran in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hipolito Oton to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Dante Hotz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anchorena FC and the Delicias players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, Dante Hotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reynaldo Beat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 52nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Benito Bertran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Delicias's Mateo Abel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Gonzalez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Humberto Gonzalez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Bertran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Libertad struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Humberto Gonzalez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Delicias. Mateo Abel succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mateo Abel got free with Humberto Gonzalez in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Humberto Gonzalez made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Mateo Abel sent off a good shot on target. Pablo Jaizki hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Humberto Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Bertran might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Gonzalez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benito Bertran ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Humberto Gonzalez managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Delicias's Mateo Abel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 91 minutes into the match, Anchorena FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Bertran came free, but Humberto Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delicias played a much better game than Anchorena FC and deserved their victory. The Anchorena FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
