Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Faustino Tonio started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Meridiano Vº was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Izel to maneuver through the defense. Bustamante AFC's Daniel Odilon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Ticho in the 8th minute of play. Faustino Tonio kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Bustamante AFC's Daniel Odilon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Bustamante AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Ticho in the 12th minute of play forced Bustamante AFC's goalkeeper Daniel Odilon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Meridiano Vº's Celso Rosario dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Daniel Odilon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Celso Rosario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Odilon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. After 25 played minutes Meridiano Vº got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Rios. If Faustino Tonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bustamante AFC's Justino Txaran got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Bustamante AFC booed when Meridiano Vº was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Omero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Faustino Tonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Txaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bustamante AFC's Daniel Odilon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Bustamante AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 42 minutes, Joaquin Cordearo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bustamante AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Cordearo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelino Ticho made a kick off. Meridiano Vº's Celso Rosario got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustino Tonio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the game, Bartolo Venerando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Meridiano Vº's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bustamante AFC the free kick. After 62 played minutes Meridiano Vº got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Venerando. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angelino Ticho in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Odilon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celso Rosario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Angelino Ticho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Odilon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Bustamante AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Rosario came free, but Daniel Odilon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Bustamante AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Ticho came free, but Daniel Odilon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Faustino Tonio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Meridiano Vº's Erubiel Moise proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Meridiano Vº from getting a goal against them. In the 96th minute, Celso Rosario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Meridiano Vº support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
