The referee ignored Juanillo's protests and gave Bruno Lizer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Juanillo getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bruno Lizer hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Club Atl Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Montay came free, but Leo Ostargi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Kiliz hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Victoriano Jerano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atl Rosario Central's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juanillo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atl Rosario Central's Victoriano Jerano got a free kick in the 18th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Juanillo's Nicolas Abadie tried to score from far away in the 19th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Leo Ostargi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Omar Montay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Victoriano Jerano hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Juanillo's Omar Montay in 35 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Leo Ostargi guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atl Rosario Central's zone, Inocencio Cordero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Ostargi came out of the goal and Inocencio Cordero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Omar Montay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atl Rosario Central's zone, Inocencio Cordero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Ostargi came out of the goal and Inocencio Cordero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omar Montay was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Juanillo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Omar Montay made a kick off. Leo Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inocencio Cordero in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Cordero in the 56th minute of play forced Club Atl Rosario Central's goalkeeper Leo Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Cordero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Ostargi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Zeledon Garaile charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeledon Garaile the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Club Atl Rosario Central:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Juanillo:s goal. The referee gave Juanillo a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nicolas Abadie, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atl Rosario Central's Leo Ostargi. 2-0. Club Atl Rosario Central's Leo Ostargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Cordero in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute, Inocencio Cordero made a precise shot to the right of Leo Ostargi. Club Atl Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Omar Montay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Ostargi was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Maximino Kiliz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Leo Ostargi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Cordero in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Omar Montay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leo Ostargi was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Leo Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Montay, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute Inocencio Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Omar Montay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Ostargi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, Juanillo's Omar Montay made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Ostargi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Juanillo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
