If Victoriano Jerano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Orland in the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Maximino Kiliz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atl Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximino Kiliz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Isusko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Milian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Leo Ostargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Club Atl Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Garaile. In the 47th minute, Arturo Iztal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.

The nice shot from Arturo Iztal in the 54thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Leo Ostargi had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Cosme Videl's late challenge caught a Club Atl Rosario Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosme Videl helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Orland in the 58th minute of play forced Club Atl Rosario Central's goalkeeper Leo Ostargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leo Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Orland in the 59th minute of the match. Arturo Iztal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Leo Ostargi 62 minutes into the match. Leo Ostargi made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Arturo Iztal sent off a good shot on target. Leo Ostargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Danilo Orland rounded Club Atl Rosario Central's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-6. The supporters of Los Morgan booed when Club Atl Rosario Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Vimaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Los Morgan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Atl Rosario Central.
