Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iker Canor took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Goldney AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Eustacio Rolado hit a great ball. Gregorio Abalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Louis having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Sergio Elizardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeremias Erlantz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When Pascual Abreu fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goldney AFC's protests and gave Pascual Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Giga fc booed when Goldney AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giga fc's Julio Vedillo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jeremias Erlantz but with some difficulty. In the 39th minute, Rene Iztal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 52 minutes of play, Giga fc's Rene Iztal made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeremias Erlantz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Giga fc's goalkeeper Remigio Louis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Giga fc's Serafin Guillerme got a free kick in the 58th minute. Gregorio Abalos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Remigio Louis made a huge save. Urbano Montel charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Montel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th match minute, Goldney AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Montel to maneuver through the defense. Giga fc's Sergio Elizardo got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Goldney AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Elizardo came free, but Jeremias Erlantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Julio Vedillo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Gregorio Abalos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goldney AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Abalos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Louis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Canor in the 89th minute of play forced Giga fc's goalkeeper Remigio Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Iztal in the 94th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Giga fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Goldney AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
