Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Alfonso started the match with the kick off. Alfredo Alfonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Matthew having to interfere. Marco Ermano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Urdaspal, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Esteban Urdaspal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 minutes of play, Chihuahua FC's Fidel Eufrasio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Ermano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabricio Frechoso charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabricio Frechoso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fabricio Frechoso hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Rogelio Matthew was a little too slow when Alfredo Alfonso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 37th minute Alfredo Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Matthew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredo Alfonso was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Alhuampa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 41st minute of the match Cayetano Musko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Matthew skillfully saved the ball. Alfredo Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rogelio Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alhuampa's Zeledon Artal got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anier Fe made a kick off. Alfredo Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Artal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes, Honorio Beltran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alhuampa and the Chihuahua FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Alhuampa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Beltran to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Anier Fe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chihuahua FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anier Fe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Ermano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esteban Urdaspal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Marco Ermano made a huge save. Alfredo Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rogelio Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chihuahua FC's Esteban Urdaspal got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteban Urdaspal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Alhuampa's Alfredo Alfonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogelio Matthew made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Rogelio Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Alfonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Rogelio Matthew came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Alhuampa's Alfredo Alfonso. But to his dismay, Alfredo Alfonso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. A collision led to Chihuahua FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Teobaldo Eate hit a great ball. Rogelio Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Indalecio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. If Esteban Urdaspal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Alhuampa had played much better football throughout.
