After having played for 15 minutes, Basilio Xabel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yeso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Xabel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herminio Henrico was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Camilo Sandaili capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Camilo Sandaili really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Alejo Paz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Atilano Rik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taka's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Rik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Guillelmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Herminio Henrico successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alejo Paz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Herminio Henrico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Camilo Sandaili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 57 minutes into the game, when Ovidio Llorenc put in a rough tackle. 56 minutes into the game, one of Taka:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Enzo Lucian shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Alejo Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taka's Herminio Henrico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Sandaili in the 69th minute of play. If Atilano Rik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodosio Matxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osvaldo Guillelmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Matxin ran back to his position shaking his head. Herminio Henrico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Sandaili, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Camilo Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Henrico having to interfere. Alejo Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
