Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Humberto Eutor got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Abreu in the 5th minute of play forced Tamberías's goalkeeper Anacleto Pacifico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Esquipula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Pacifico having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Talleres's Andres Esquipula sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anacleto Pacifico narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andres Esquipula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcelino Abreu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anacleto Pacifico. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 46th minute Humberto Eutor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Silvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcelino Abreu made a kick off. Humberto Eutor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eriberto Silvino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Andres Esquipula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute.
